This semi-trained Cotoneaster seedling was acquired in 2002 (Japanese import), and has been trained to create this cascade shohin.
It has been wired to shape and trimmed to develop the small pads and a crown.  It has been”over-potted” to help accelerate it’s development. A smaller glazed pot of similar style would be more appropriate.
