Case history
The tree just starting to shoot 29th January 2007.
The tree is shown just before it was repotted.
The media used was 80% small Akadama and 20% Kiryu.

These photos of the front and back of the tree were taken nine days after re-potting.

This tree has the leaves cut off each spring, but this year it was decided to leave them to try and improve the branch structure. The back view of the tree (left) was taken on 21st May, and the front view (right) was taken on the 30th May 2008.
