Case history
The tree in February 2005
 This shohin cork bark pine was purchased in February 2004 just after it was imported from Japan.
This photo was taken in February 2005.
28th January 2008.
This photograph shows the tree just before it was repotted.
The repotting media used was 80% small Akadama and 20% Kuryu.

The photo above shows the roots when removed from the pot and ideally this tree should have been repotted in 2007. The roots were cut before repotting.
