Case history - 4
25th February 2010. The tree was last repotted in 2008 and so was repotted at this time. As can be seen from the photos below it had produced quite a lot of root.

Root cut off and thrown away
Above left shows tree out of pot and below the roots that were cut off, while the right hand picture shows the tree lifted into the air to show the root length, which is over 3ft long.

 
16th March 2010.
This photo shows the tree 19 days after it was repotted.		 The roots beingset into the potting media
   
7th September 2010.
In can be seen in the close up photographs below some of the new shoots that have formed since the candles were earlier cut back to 4 or 5 sheaves.
