This photo shows the roots just before repotting.
The media used was 70% Akadama and 30% Kiryu.

The photo on the left shows a front view of the tree after it was repotted eight days before.
The photo below shows a close up of the lower trunk and the root system. This is now lower into the soil.
The photo above left shows a close up of the lower trunk and the root system. This is now lower into the soil as we have removed some large roots and it can sit lower in the pot. The photo above right was taken before re-potting and shows the difference
