During the summer the tree was fed three times with BioGold, and about three times with a liquid feed. It has been pruned twice this year.

These photos were taken on the last day of the month.
During the summer the tree was fed four times with BioGold, and about three times with a liquid feed. It has been pruned twice this year.
The pads are starting to fill out now and they have had to be thinned out this year to allow light into the centre part.
The photo above shows the edge of the pad and this still needs raising up in the centre to give a curved shape.

This photo was taken on the 10th of the month.
The tree was treated the same way as in 2006, but growth has been slower this year possibly due to the weather conditions. |
