| February 25th 2010. The tree was last repotted 2007 and has now been repotted. | |

| The photo on the right shows some white rings which at first glance appeared to be mycellium, but closer inspection showed it was in fact root aphids. | |
| The roots were then hosed down in the usual way removing much of the old media. | ![]() |

| The roots were straight out horizontal, but now at each repotting they are wired down as can be seen in the photos above. | |
| 16th March 2010. Photo of the tree 19 days after it was repotted. |

| 6th September 2010. During the last couple of months quite a few of the old needles have been removed to allow more light to get into the foilage. |
