Back view of the roots
20th February 2008. These photos show the front and back view of the roots after removing the media and hosing down. This tree was last repotted February 2005.
 

1st March 2008.
This photo was taken 10 days after it was repotted.
The media used was 70% Akadama and 30% Kiryu.

June 2008. At the beginning of the month the candles were cut back to 4 or 5 sheaves, and old needles were pulled out. The tree has been completely wired and reshaped.
