The tree when purchased in a plastic flower pot

August 1989.
The tree as it was purchased in a plastic flower pot in August 1989.
The tree was left in this pot and repotted the following Spring.

March 1991. The tree was taken to an all day workshop held by the Bristol Bonsai Society, and these photos show the before and after image.

April 1993. The tree was taken to a Dan Barton workshop and with the two photos above you can see the tree before and after. It was also repotted into a Dan Barton drum pot.
The tree on a stand in 1994 September 1994.
The tree is healthy.

Height: 56cm. Spread: 57cm.
The tree has not progressed well in so many years, and it was decided in Spring 2004 to retrain the tree and try to improve it in the next few years.
