These photos were taken early February 2006 just as the leaves started to open.
 
The Autumn leaves are just starting November 2006.
This photo was taken on the first of the month. The leaves are just starting to change colour and are about 4 weeks later than last year.
It will be noted that there is a lot of moss on the soil, but as many fern seedling have germinated they will be left and planted up when the tree is repotted in February 2007.
The tree was fed four times during the year with Bio-Gold.
In June all the leaves were cut off and during the growing season the long shoots were trimmed as required through out the year. The pads are looking quite compact with small leaves.

The tree was last repotted in 2005, and it was done again this month. These two photos show the mass of roots after they had been washed with a hose.

October 2007. These photos of the front and back of the tree were taken on the 10th of the month. In June the leaves were all cut off, and after they were growing again the tree was fed with three doses of Bio-gold. Long shoots were then trimmed as required, but the growth was noted to be less than in previous years possibly due to the unusual weather this year.
