The tree in February 1991
The tree after prunibg and wiring
11th June 2009. These photos show the tree before and after scissor trimming.

5th May 2010.
The tree has been lightly trimmed.
During the winter the tree is over-wintered in the cool greenhous.

View of new pot 3rd February 2011.
The previous pot was broken when the tree was blown over in strong winds.
This new pot is made in Japan, and is a similar style and size to the previous one.

13th February 2011.
This photo was taken 10 days after the tree was repotted.

The media used was 70% Akadama and 30% Kiryu. The tree was kept in the greenhouse until the warmer weather in April.
