4th June 2006
The tree has been well fed during the growing season using Bio-Gold and trimmed twice a year.

These two photos were taken 14 days after the tree was repotted.
The photo above shows a close up of the lower trunk.

4th June 2008
It was found that this tree had many brown needles and these were removed.
It was decided that the tree had some type of mite attack and so all brown needles were removed and the tree sprayed with a systemic pest killer.
It is normal to do the first pinching at this time, but this year in this area all the Juniper rigida seem to be about one month late due to the weather earlier in the year.
