Front view of tree   Close-up of foilage
28th April 2011. These two photos show the tree shortly after it was brought out of the greenhouse where it had been kept during the winter months. It was noted that it was much greener this year as the tips of the foliage do tend to go brown during the winter.

3rd July 2011.
The tree has had the long shoots trimmed, but it will be noted that the ends have gone very brown.

The tree was sprayed after this photo was taken as there appeared to be an infestation of mites.

Mites can be present in a greenhouse especially if tomatoes are grown there during the summer months. More frequent spraying will be carried out in the future.
